| 摘 要： | 该文阐述了公立医院经营者概念的提出，并针对目前公立医院经营者队伍存在的管理职业化程度低、管理效率不高、缺乏激励约束机制等问题，提出公立医院应进行领导体制改革、组建经营者专业管理机构以及营造经营管理学术氛围等，加强经营者队伍的建设和管理，以提高医院经营管理水平。
