| 摘 要： | 从讨论阳痿定义入手，将其分为湿热下注伤及宗筋，肾阳亏虚命门火衰，情志不舒肝气郁结，经络阻滞血行不畅，精血不足阴虚火旺五种论治。提出应辨病与辨证相结合，不能一味补肾壮阳。

| Abstract: | From the perspective of treatment, differential treatment of impotence falls into five categories: injury of big tendons due to downward flow of damp-heat, decline of vital gate-fire due to deficiency of kidney-yin, stagnation of liver-qi due to depressed emotion, abnormal blood circulation due to blockage of meridian, deficiency of yin and excess of fire due to deficiency of essence and blood. This paper puts forward differentiating diseases should be combined with differentiating syndromes instead of blindly resorting to reinforcing kidney to strengthen Yang. |
