起瘫复脑汤治疗缺血性中风疗效观察

目的:观察中药对缺血性中风的治疗作用。方法:将缺血性中风111例,随机分为两组,治疗组(n=56),给予服用起瘫复脑汤;对照组(n=55),予维脑路通注射液静脉滴注。观察两组治疗前后临床症状、神经功能、血脂、血液流变学、血、尿、便常规及肝肾功能的变化情况。结果:治疗组总有效率为92.86%,对照组总有效率为69.09%,两组比较差异有显著性意义(χ2=10.22,P<0.01);治疗组在改善神经功能、降血脂、改善血液流变学指标等方面明显优于对照组,两组相比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论:起瘫复脑汤具有改善患者的神经功能、改善血液黏稠度、降血脂等作用,是治疗缺血性中风疗效确切及安全的药物。

Effective Observation on the Effect of Qitan Funao Decoction on Ischemic Stroke

Objective:Observe the function of traditional Chinese medicine to ischemic stroke for clinical using.Methods:111 patients in hospital were randomly divided into two groups.Treatment group(n=56) treated with Qitan Funao Decoction.Contrast group (n=55) treated with wellutom vein gutta.2 weeks was one period of treatment.Observe the changes of clinical symptom,neurological function,hemology,hemolipid,three conventionalities(blood urine turd),hepatic function,renal function.Results:the total virtual rate of treatment was 92.86%,the other group was 69.09%.There was distinct significance between two groups(χ2=10.22,P<0.01);it is obvious that compared with two groups,treatment group is better in improving neurological function,reducing hemolipid,improving indices of hemolopy.There was distinct significance(P<0.01).Conclusion:Qitan Funao Decoction has the function of improving neurological function,reducing hemolipid.It is a safe and effective medicine to ischemic stroke.
