| 摘 要： | 目的研究洋紫荆中的化学成分.方法采用硅胶、Sephadex LH-20柱及ODS柱色谱分离纯化,根据理化常数和光谱数据进行结构鉴定.结果与结论得到7个化合物,分别鉴定为(-)-表儿茶素(1)、原儿茶酸(2)、原儿茶酸乙酯(3)、没食子酸甲酯(4)、没食子酸乙酯(5)、对羟基苯甲酸(6)、五味子苷(7),其中化合物1、2、3、7是首次从该属植物中分离得到. |

| Abstract: | Aim To study the chemical constituents of Bauhinia variegata L.Methods The compounds were isolated by the silca gel,Sephadex LH-20 and ODS column chromatography methods and identified by physicochemical properties and spectroscopic analysis.Result and conclusion Seven compounds were obtained and identified as(-)-epi-catechin(1),protocatechuic acid(2),protocatechuic acid ethyl ester(3),methyl gallate(4),ethyl gallate(5),p-hydroxybenzoic acid(6),schizandriside(7).Compounds 1,2,3,7 are obtained from this genus for the first time. |
