不同产地栽培辽细辛的挥发油研究

目的:研究不同产地栽培辽细辛挥发油的成分差别,为正确评价不同产地细辛药材的质量提供依据。方法:采用气相色谱-质谱联用(gas chromatography-mass spectrometry,GC-MS)仪对不同产地栽培辽细辛的挥发油进行分离测定,结合计算机检索对分离的化合物进行结构鉴定,应用色谱峰面积归一化法测定各成分的相对含量。结果:从本溪、桓仁、宽甸、新宾、通化5个产地辽细辛挥发油中分别鉴定出59,59,66,64,62种成分,占其挥发油总量的96.67%,97.13%,97.74%,97.09%,97.54%。在被鉴定的成分中有33种成分是5个产地栽培辽细辛挥发油所共有的,其主要成分为甲基丁香酚和黄樟醚。结论:不同产地栽培辽细辛挥发性成分存在差别,活性成分的积累与环境有一定的相关性。

Chemical Components of Volatile Oil Chemical of Cultivated Asarum Poduced in Different Paces

Objective: To study the chemical components of the volatile oil from cultivated Asarum which collected from different places. Method: The volatile oil were obtained by steam distillation.The chemical components were separated and identified by GC-MS. The relative contents in the volatile oil were determined by area nomalization. Result: There are 59-66 chemical components were separated and identified. There are 33 common components in the cultivated Asarum collected from different places and the principle Component are Methyleugenol and Safrole. Conclusion: There are differences in the amount of volatile oil and the component of volatile oil of cultivated Asarum collected from different places.
