心理行为干预对大肠癌化疗患者生活质量的影响

目的探讨音乐治疗加心理行为干预方法对大肠癌化疗患者生活质量的影响。方法对90例大肠癌化疗患者进行了心理干预临床试验研究。采用中国癌症化疗患者生活质量量表(QLQ2CCC)及卡氏功能状态量表作为大肠癌化疗患者生活质量状况的测查指标。在实验设计和患者筛选时对医学变量进行了控制,同时对心理变量也进行了控制。结果大肠癌化疗患者的生活质量状况以化疗最差。经过心理干预的大肠癌化疗患者,化疗后其生活质量各功能指标均明显提高,与对照组比较,研究组的躯体、心理、社会、总体感觉分方面评分分别为:(26.9±2.7)分、(12.6±1.6)分、(8.7±0.7)分、(47.1±3.5)分,P值<0.05或0.01,KPS评分为(75.5±5.7)分,P<0.05。结论音乐治疗加放松内心意象法心理干预方法简便实用,可明显提高大肠癌化疗患者生活质量。

The effect of psychological intervention on quality of life in colorectal carcinoma chemotherapy patients

Objective To observe the quality of life (QOL) in colorectal carcinoma chemotherapy patients was increased after psychological intervention. Methods 90 colorectal carcinoma chemotherapy patients were randomly as 2 signed to receive the method of psychological intervention. The Quality of Life questionnaire for Chinese Cancer Patients with Chemobiotherapy(QLQ 2 CCC) and the Karnofsky Performance Status ( KPS) were used as indicators for measuring the results of QOL and psychological intervention in colorectal carcinoma cancer chemotherapy patients. Results The status of QOL in during 2 therapy patients was the worst. After psychological intervention, most scores of scales in the QLQ 2 CCC and KPS were changed towards better in post therapy patients, but only spiritual /psychological do main were changed towards better in during 2 therapy patients. Conclusions Psychological intervention was valid and practicable, the QOL in colorectal carinoma chemotherapy patients will increase significantly after receiving the method of psychological intervention.
