"云克"与153Sm-EDTMP联合治疗恶性肿瘤骨转移的临床观察

目的分析"云克"与153Sm-EDTMP(乙二铵四甲撑膦酸)联合治疗恶性肿瘤骨转移的临床价值。方法125例骨转移癌患者,单纯"云克"治疗25例,单纯153Sm-EDTMP治疗76例,"云克"与153Sm-EDTMP联合治疗24例。结果联合治疗组91.7%(22/24)的患者骨痛消失或缓解,显著高于单纯153Sm-EDTMP治疗组(71.1%,54/76,P<0.05);联合治疗组骨转移灶治疗总有效率41.7%(10/24)显著高于单纯153Sm-EDTMP治疗组(15.8%,P<0.01)和单纯"云克"治疗组(0/25,P<0.01);联合治疗组骨痛"闪烁"现象发生率29.2%(7/24)显著低于单纯153Sm-EDTMP治疗组(69.7%,P<0.001)。结论"云克"与153Sm-EDTMP联合治疗骨转移癌疗效明显优于两者单独治疗,并可减少单纯153Sm-EDTMP治疗引起的骨痛"闪烁"现象发生率。

The effect of combined Yunke and 153Sm - EDTMP treatment in patients with skeletal metastases

Objective To evaluate the effect of Yunke and 153Sm-EDTMP treatment for painful skeletal metastases.Methods In total 125 patients with painful skeletal metastases,25 cases were treated with Ynuke(Group A),19 cases were treated with 153Sm-EDTMP(Group B),19 cases were treated with both 153Sm-EDTMP and Ynuke(Group C).Results 91.7% of the patients were experienced pain relief after treatment Group C,significantly higher than those of Group B(71.1%,P<0.05);The size and amount of metastatic lesions decreased in 41.7% of patients after treatment in Group C,significantly higher than those of Group B(15.8%,P<0.01) and Group A(0/25,P<0.01);Pain flare were observed in 29.2% of patients in Group C,which is significantly less than those of Group B(69.7%,P<0.001).Conclusion Combined treatment with Yunke and 153Sm-EDTMP were found more efficiently in patients with painful skeletal metastases than treatment with 153Sm-EDTMP or Yunke only,and may decrease the frequency of pain flare,which is significantly higher after treatment with 153Sm-EDTMP only.
