| 摘 要： | 目的为了合理应用卫生杀虫剂，防制蚊虫，观察了氯氰菊酯与增效剂复配的灭蚊效果。方法用氯氰菊酯分别与氧化胡椒基丁醚、八氯二丙醚、增效胺复配，用以杀灭淡色库蚊幼虫。采用WHO生物测试法，计算LC50、回归方程及增效系数。结果氯氰菊酯 S1增效系数分别在2．53～3．76之间、氯氰菊酯 S2在2．33～2．70之间，氯氰菊酯 增效胺在2．28～3．52之间，显示出较好的增效作用。结论当淡色库蚊产生抗药性后，采用拟除虫菊类与增效剂混用的方法，能取得较好灭蚊效果，值得推广应用。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the control effect of cypermethrin mixed with different synergists against Culex pipiens pallens larvae. Method Cypermethrin was mixed with different synergists piperonyl butoxide(S 1), octachlorodipropylether(S 2) and octacide 264(S 3) respectively. Larvae of Culex pipiens pallens collected from Tengzhou City, Taian City and Tangkou Township of Jining City were bred in the laboratory of the Institute and the 4th instar larvae of first filial generation were tested. LC 50 and synergistic cofficient were calculated by standard bioassay method recommended by WHO. Result The synergistic cofficients of cypermethrin mixed with S 1, S 2 and S 3 were 2.53~3.76, 2.33~2.70 and 2.28~3.52 respectively, showing better synergism. Conclusion After the mosquitoes yield resistance to cypermethrin, the mixed use of cypermethrin with synergists may provide better efficacy. |
