| 摘 要： | 目的:讨论Bruns-Garland综合征的临床表现及诊断.方法:对2例Bruns-Garland综合征进行临床及辅助检查资料分析.结果:Bruns-Garland综合征好发于2型糖尿病老年患者,表现为慢性、亚急性起病的下肢近端肌萎缩、疼痛、无力.辅助检查没有特异性.结论:Bruns-Garland综合征容易误诊,通过仔细询问病史及体格检查并结合辅助检查,排除其它疾病后可以在疾病的早期阶段确诊.

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the clinic characters and diagnosis of Diabetic amytrophy. Methods:Two cases were systematically studied by the authors. Results: All the two cases were senile patient with type 2 diabetes mellitus.The clinical manifestations include chronic and subacute proximal amytrophy,weakness and pain of lower limbs,There were no specific auxiliary examination. Conclusion: Diabetic amyotrophy is often misdiagnosed. And careful history inquiry and physical examination can contribute to identification at an early stage, excluding other differential diagnosis. |
