肾黏液性小管状和梭形细胞癌的特点分析

目的 探讨肾黏液性小管状和梭形细胞癌的临床、影像学、病理学、治疗及预后等.方法 对l例肾黏液性小管状和梭形细胞癌病例进行分析并复习相关文献.结果 本例体检B超发现右肾肿瘤,无临床症状;双肾CT及核磁共振检查示肿瘤巨大,但无腹膜后淋巴结转移;病理检查:光学显微镜下见肿瘤无包膜,瘤细胞成梭形,排列成管状,漂浮于黏液样基质中;免疫表型:小管状和梭形细胞显示CK8/18(+)、Viminten阳性.病理诊断为肾黏液性小管状和梭形细胞癌.手术切除后随访半年未见复发.结论 肾黏液性小管状和梭形细胞癌是一类较罕见的低度恶性肾上皮性肿瘤,预后较好.

Clinical features of renal mucinous tubular and spindle cell carcinoma

Objective To investigate the clinic, imaging, pathology, treatment and prognosis of renal mucinous tubular and spindle cell carcinoma (MTSCC). Methods The clinic and follow-up data of one patient with MTSCC were analyzed, and clinical features, diagnosis and treatments of MTSCC were discussed combining with literature. Results The right kidney tumor was found without clinical symptoms in this case. Double kidney CT and MRI showed a huge tumor, but there was no retroperitoneal lymph node metastasis. Pathological examination: the tumor showed no capsule under the optical microscope. The tumor cells were spindle shaped, arranged in tubes and floated in the mucus-like matrix. Immunophenotype: tubular and spindle cells showed CK8/ 18(+) and Vimentin positive. The pathological diagnosis was mucinous tubular and spindle cell carcinoma of the kidney. No recurrence was observed after six months. Conclusion Mucinous tubular and spindle cell carcinoma of the kidney is a rare and low-grade malignant renal epithelial tumor with good prognosis.
