腹腔镜胆囊切除术并发症处理与预防

目的 探讨腹腔镜胆囊切除术并发症发生的原因、处理及预防方法.方法 对523例腹腔镜胆囊切除术中10例并发症的临床资料回顾性分析.结果 术中出血5例,胆管损伤1例,术后胆漏2例,穿刺切口感染1例,残留结石1例.结论 严格掌握手术指征,合理的手术技巧,规范的操作,熟悉胆囊管和血管的解剖及变异,及时果断地中转开腹等,可以有效的减少腹腔镜胆囊切除术并发症的发生.

Treatment and prevention of complications of laparoscopic cholecystectomy

Objective To study causes,treatment and prevention of complications of laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Method Clinical data of 10 patients with complications after laparoscopic cholecystectomy was analyzed retrospectively.Results In 10 cases,there were 5 cases of bleeding during operation,1 case of bile duct injury,2 cases of postoperative bile leak,1 case of infection of incision,1 case of residual stone.Conclusions It can effectively decrease the incidence of complications of laparoscopic cholecystectomy to perform surgery indications strictly,reasonable operation skill,standard manipulation,be familiar with anatomic variation of ductus cysticus and blood vessel,and resolutely transfer laparotomy in time.
