护理干预用于硬膜外血肿患者术后的效果分析

目的 探讨护理干预对硬膜外血肿术后患者护理的效果,为临床此类患者的护理提供更好的参考.方法 选取我院2012年2月至2013年2月间收治的73例硬膜外血肿患者,在对这些患者手术后进行全面的个性化护理干预,观察患者的术后恢复效果及并发症情况.结果 术后第2天8例患者出现意识性的障碍加深,体温升高达39℃以上患者有12例,经过对症处理后上述症状均缓解,无加重者,术后10例患者因呼吸困难行气管切开,7例患者术后予机械辅助通气,17例呼吸困难患者经有效的护理干预后均可脱离辅助呼吸恢复正常通气,73例患者中术后3例患者因病情较重而死亡,其余患者均存活且没有发生并发症.术后仅有3例患者因病情较重而死亡,最后存活的70例患者中,恢复较好者63例（86.30％）,轻度致残患者3例（4.1％）,重度致残患者1例（1.3％）.结论 硬膜外血肿术后对患者进行全面的个性化护理可以明显减少术后患者并发症的发生率,提高患者术后的生活质量,提高治愈率,值得临床上的进一步研究及使用.

Effect analysis on nursing intervention postoperative epidural hematoma

Objective To investigate the effect of nursing intervention on caring of postoperative epidural hematoma patients,and provide better information for clinical care for these patients.Methods Selecting 73 cases of epidural hematoma patients in our hospital from February 2012 to February 2013,and took comprehensive and individualized nursing interventions on these patients after surgery,observed these patients＇ postoperative recovery effects and complications.Results Complications after surgery eased on varying degrees through effective nursing intervention,only 3 patients died due to severe illness,63 cases （86.30％） of these surviving 70 cases recovered better,3 cases （4.1％） with mild disability and 1 case （1.3％） with a severe disability.Conclusion Taking comprehensive and individualized cares on postoperative epidural hematoma patients can significantly reduce the incidence of postoperative complications and improve the quality of life of these patients after surgery,and improve the cure rate.It is worth for further research and more clinical use.
