康复训练对心衰患者血清hs-CRP及心功能的影响

目的 探讨康复训练对心衰患者血清hs-CRP及心功能的影响.方法 将92例心衰患者分为观察组和对照组,各46例,两组患者均给予利尿、血管紧张素转化酶抑制剂等常规抗心衰治疗,观察组在此基础上给予康复训练,观察两组患者治疗效果.结果 观察组治疗后HR及6 min步行距离均优于对照组（P＜0.05）;观察组治疗后血清hs-CRP水平为低于对照组（P＜0.05）,左室射血分数高于对照组（42.8±4.2vs.33.6±3.5）,P＜0.05,差异具统计学意义.结论 康复训练可改善CHF患者心功能,降低其炎性反应,值得临床借鉴采用.

Influence of rehabilitation training on serum hs-CRP level and cardiac function of patients with chronic heart failure

Objective To investigate the influence of rehabilitation training on the serum hs-CRP level and cardiac function of patients with chronic heart failure （CHF）.Methods 92 patients with CHF were divided into an observation group and a control group,46 cases for each group.Both groups were treated with conventional anti-HF therapies of diereses and ACE inhibitors.The observation group was additionally treated with rehabilitation training.The treatment effects of both groups were observed.Results After the treatment,the HR and the walking distance in 6 min were better in the observation group than in the control group （P＜0.05）.The serum hs-CRP level was lower and the LVEF was higher in the observation group than in the control group （P＜0.05）.Conclusions Rehabilitation training can improve the cardiac function of and reduce the inflammatory reaction of CHF patients and is worth clinical application.
