舒适性护理对老年性白内障患者术后效果的影响研究

目的 探讨舒适性护理对老年性白内障患者术后效果的影响.方法 选取我院2012年9月至2013年9月进行白内障手术治疗并实施舒适性护理后的老年患者32例为观察组,2009年9月至2010年9月进行白内障手术治疗未行舒适性护理的老年患者32例为对照组,比较两组患者的术后视力、生活质量评分、患者满意度及并发症发生情况.结果 观察组患者的术后视力、生活质量评分、患者满意度分别为（0.67±0.19）、（94.6±4.2）、96.9％,对照组分别为（0.48±1.24）、（81.7±5.3）、81.3％,观察组各项指标均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）;观察组患者的平均住院时间为（4.6±1.7）d,对照组为（7.6±2.0）d,观察组明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.观察组患者眼压升高、晶体脱落、角膜水肿、前房出血的发生率分别为3.1％、0、12.5％、0,对照组分别为9.4％、9.4％、34.4％、12.5％,观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 老年性白内障患者住院期间实施舒适性护理,可缩短患者的住院时间,降低术后并发症的发生率,提高患者的生活质量及满意度.

Study on postoperative effect of comfortable nursing in senile cataract patients

Objective To study the effect of comfortable nursing to postoperative effect after cataract operations in elderly patients.Methods 64 elderly patients with cataracts from our hospital were divided into two groups evenly an observation group and a control group.The observation group took comfortable nursing after the cataract surgery during the period of September 2012 to September 2013.The control group was given routine nursing from September 2009 to September 2010.This case study compared two groups of patients for their postoperative visual acuity with overall averages for quality of life,patient satisfaction and complications.Results The postoperative average vision value,the quality of life scores and patient satisfaction of the observation group patients were （0.67 ± 0.19）,（94.6± 4.2） and 96.9％ respectively,significantly higher than those of control group,（0.48 ± 1.24）,（81.7 ± 5.3） and 81.3％,showing statistical significant difference,P ＜ 0.05.Length of hospital stay in patients of observation group was （4.6 ± 1.7） d,notably shorter than that of the control group （7.6 ± 2.0） d; difference was statistically significant,P ＜ 0.05.The complication incidence of observation group such as elevated intraocular pressure,the crystals fall off,corneal edema aud anterior chamber hemorrhage were 3.1％,0,12.5％ and 0,lower than those of control group （9.4％,9.4％,34.4％,12.5％）,P ＜ 0.05.Conclusion The implementation of comfort nursing for senile cataract patients in the hospital shortens the hospitalization time of patients and reduces the occurrence of postoperative complications and improve the patients＇ quality of life and satisfaction.
