宫颈环形电切术治疗宫颈上皮内瘤变116例

目的 观察宫颈环形电切术治疗宫颈上皮内瘤变116例的效果.方法 选择我院2011年至2012年经宫颈环形电切术（LEEP）治疗的宫颈上皮内瘤变（CIN） 116例患者作为研究组,选择同期110例采用冷刀锥切术（CKC）的CIN患者作为对照组,所有患者均随访3～24个月,比较两组治愈、残留、并发症及复发率.同时对手术主要指标包括平均手术时间、出血量、创口愈合时间、病理切缘检查情况进行比较.结果 研究组平均手术时间（9.22±2.07） min、创口平均愈合时间（29.8±3.6）d,均短于对照组;研究组术中平均出血量（10.3±2.8）ml,少于对照组;研究组并发症发生率为1.72％,明显低于对照组;两组比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.研究组治愈率为93.97％,随访24个月复发4例,复发率为3.45％,切缘阳性率为3.63％,两组比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）.结论 宫颈环形电切术是CIN患者安全有效的手术方法,但术后有一定的机率复发,因此治疗后定期复查是非常必要的.

LEEP in treatment of 116 patients with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia

Objective To observe the effect of LEEP in the treatment of 116 patients with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia（CIN）.Methods 116 CIN cases treated with LEEP were selected from our hospital from 2011 to 2012 as study objects.110 CIN cases treated with cold knife conization （CKC） were selected as the control group.All the patients were followed up for 3-24 months.The cured rate,residue rate,complications,and recurrence rate were compared between the two groups.The average operation time,amount of bleeding,wound healing time,pathological margin examination,etc.were compared.Results The average operation time was （9.22 2.07） min and the average healing time of wound was （29.8 3.6） d in the study group,which were shorter than in the control group.The average amount of bleeding was （10.3 2.8） ml in the study group,which was less than in the control group.The complication occurrence rate of the study group was 1.72%,which was significantly lower than that of the control group （P 〈 0.05）.The cure rate was 93.97% and 24 months＆#39; follow-up show that 4 cases （3.45%） recurred,and margin positive rate was 3.63% in the study group; there were no statistical differences between the two groups （P 〉 0.05）.Conclusions LEEP is a safe and effective method for patients with CIN but has a certain probability of recurrence after the treatment,so it is necessary to periodically review.
