护理层级管理在临床护理服务中的价值

目的 探讨护理层级管理在提高临床护理服务质量中的作用,为医院护理管理提供重要的数据参考.方法 回顾性分析我院2010年1月至2013年1月实施护理层级管理前后的相关资料,其中2010年1月至2011年1月实施护理层级管理前的临床护理服务为对照组,2012年1月至2013年1月采用护理层级管理后的临床护理服务为观察组,分析和比较两组的临床护理服务情况.结果 观察组在临床护理服务质量、护士及患者满意度方面均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 在医院护理管理中实行护理层级管理模式,能够规范护理工作,保障临床护理服务质量的有效提高,具有较高的临床应用价值,值得推广.

Value of nursing hierarchy management in clinical nursing services

Objective To explore the nursing effect of nursing hierarchy management in improving the quality of clinical nursing service level management,and provide important reference data for hospital nursing management.Methods A retrospective analysis was carried out in our hospital from January 2010 to January 2013 to nursing staff before and after implementing nursing level management of related information,and randomly divided them into control group and observation group,24 persons in the control group （January 2010 to January 2011） for the implementation of clinical nursing care level management before the service,28 persons in observation group （January 2012 to January 2013） for the clinical nursing care level management services,analysis and comparison were conducted to two groups in clinical nursing services.Results The survey also found that in the observation group the clinical nursing service quality,the nurses and patients＇ satisfaction were better than those in control group,showing statistical significant difference （P ＜ 0.05）.Conclusion The implementation of nursing hierarchy management mode in hospital nursing management,can standardize the nursing work,safeguard the improvement of clinical nursing service quality,which has high clinical value,worthy of promotion.
