远节指骨的解剖学观察及其临床意义

目的：为人工肌腱修复指深屈肌腱或拇长屈肌腱固定方法和固定止点提供解剖学依据。方法：采用常规固定的16具成人手指标本(男、女各80个手指)。观察各指远节指骨长度，底和粗隆的宽度及厚度。结果：男性拇、示和中指远节指骨底的宽度为15．3、10．2、10．5mm，厚度分别为8．8、6．5、7．1mm。女性宽度分别为12．9、9．1、9．6mm，厚度分别为7．8、5．9、6．6mm。男性拇、示和中指远节指骨粗隆宽度为9．4、6．6、7．4mm，厚度分别为3．6、3．2、3．6mm。女性宽度分别为8．0、5．8、6．2mm，厚度分别为3．0、2．7、3．1mm。结论：用人工肌腱修复指深屈肌腱或拇长屈肌腱时，在远节指骨的底部可行螺丝固定，在粗隆可行钻孔固定。

Anatomical observation of distal phalanx and its clinical significance

Objective:To provide anatomical basis for the appropriate method and the location of fixation during repairing flexor digitorum profoundus tendon and flexor pollicis longus tendon by artificial tendon.Methods: For getting data of width and thickness of phalanx,16 antiseptic adult hand fingers(80 males,80 females) were used to measure the base and tuberosity of phalanx.Results:The width of base of phalanx for male thumb,forefinger and middle finger was 15.3,10.2 and 10.5 mm,while the thickness was 8.8,6.5 and 7.1 mm respectively.The width of female was 12.9,9.1,9.6 mm and the thickness was 7.8,5.9 and 6.6 mm.The width of tuberosity of phalanx for male thumb,forefinger and middle finger was 9.4, 6.6, 7.4 mm and the thickness was 3.6 mm,3.2 mm and 3.6 mm.The width of female was 8.0,5.8, 6.2 mm and the thickness was 3.0,2.7 and 3.1 mm.Conclusions:When repairing flexor digitorum profundus tendon and flexor pollicis longus tendon by artificial tendon,the bottom of distal phalanx can be fixed by screwing,or by boring in the tuberosety of phalanx.
