摘    要:目的 探讨巩膜表面径线定位新方法,提高眼内异物摘出手术效果。方法 根据眼外肌、涡静脉在巩膜表面不同时钟方位及功能,对51例51眼眼内及眼球壁异物患者,运用眼外肌、涡静脉巩膜表面径线定位切口摘出异物,并与角膜缘标记法对比。结果 一次性切口摘出异物成功率、并发症发生率、脱盲率均有较大差异(P<0.05)。结论 眼外肌、涡静脉解剖学径线定位法,简单易行,创伤小,眼球前后段径线位均较准确可靠,优于角膜缘标记法。 [眼科新进展2001;21(1)∶33-34]

Abstract:Objective To explore a new location method for extraction of intraocular foreign bodies.Methods According to different clock locations and functions of extraocular muscles and vortex vein on the surface of sclera, foreign bodies of 51 eyes of 51 cases with intraocular and eye wall foreign bodies were extracted by means of extraocular muscle and vortex vein localization marking incision on the surface of sclera. The method was compared with the corneal limbus marking method.Results There were great differences ( P <0.05) among the success rates of extraction of foreign bodies by once, incidence rates of complications and blindness free rates.Conclusions The result shows that this method is simple and easily operated, injuries less and location is exact. The radial line positions before and behind eyeballs are more precise and reliable and the method is superior to the corneal limbus marking method.
