| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨环氧化酶-2（COX-2）和基质金属蛋白酶-2（MMP-2）在膀胱移行细胞癌组织中的表达及与癌浸润、转移的关系。方法 用原位杂交的方法检测COX-2 mRNA,MMP-2 mRNA的表达，并将两者的表达做相关性分析。结果 COX-2 mRNA和MMP-2 mRNA在肿瘤组织中的阳性表达率分别为59.2％。和57.4％;与对照膀胱组织比，其表达显著增高，差别均有统计学意义（P〈0．01）；且COX-2 mRNA和MMP-2 mRNA的表达有相关（r1=0．4861，P〈0．01）。结论 COX-2和MMP-2的过表达与膀胱移行细胞癌浸润转移相关，且两者在其浸润转移中关系密切。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the mRNA expression of COX-2 and MMP-2 in transitional cell carcinoma of bladder(TCCB) and their relationship with the invasion and metastasis of TCCB.Methods For all 54 cases pathological confirmed TCCB and 13 cases normal badder tisse,In situ hybridization(ISH) was used to assay the mRNA expression of COX-2 and MMP-2.Results The mRNA expression of COX-2 and MMP-2 in TCCB were 59.2% and 57.4% respectively,higher than in the normal control.The difference was very significant(P<0.01).Conclusions The over expression of COX-2 and MMP-2 mRNA have a close relationship with the invasion and metastasis of TCCB. |
