| 摘 要： | 目的探讨经尿道输尿管镜弹道碎石治疗的护理方法。方法回顾性总结和分析经尿道输尿管镜弹道碎石的260例病人围手术期的心理护理、术后并发症的观察和护理及饮食指导。结果260例患者中1例发生输尿管损伤,两例出院后一周内出现血尿。结论做好围手术期的心理护理、术后并发症的观察和护理及饮食指导是降低并发症、提高手术成功率、防止结石复发的有效方法。

The Nursing of Patients after Ballistic Ureteroscopy Lithotripsy Therapy |

| Abstract: | Objective To research the nursing of patients who received ballistic ureteroscopy lithotripsy therapy. Methods Retrospectively summarizing and analyzing the perioperative mental nursing,observation and nursing of postoperative complications and diet guide of 260 patients who received ballistic ureteroscopy lithotripsy therapy. Results Only 1 patient occurred ureteral injury,2 patients occurred hematuria within one week after leaving hospital. Conclusion It's an effective method to reduce complications,increase success rates and prevent the recur of calculus by complete perioperative mental nursing,observation and nursing of postoperative complications and diet guide. |
