| 摘 要： | 目的：观察沙棘果提取物对Wistar老龄鼠抗衰老作用。方法：给Wistar老龄大鼠灌胃沙棘果提取物，25d后，用生化法测定其血清超氧化物歧化酶（SOD）、谷胱甘肽过氧化酶（GSH-Px）及脂质过氧化物（LPO）的降解产物（MDA）的水平，用荧光法测定其大脑皮质脂褐素（Lipofusin）含量。结果：实验组灌胃沙棘果提取物与对照组比较，老龄大鼠体内MDA、Lipofusin含量明显下降；SOD、GSH-Px活力明显提高。结论：沙棘果提取物有降脂质过氧化的作用，有较强的抗氧化功能。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the effect of Buckthron-fruit extract on anti-aging in old Wistar rats.Method:After 25 day feeding, we detected the level of LPO(MDA),SOD,GSH-Px in the serum and the Lipofusin in the cerebral cortex.Results:The exeriment group produced markedly decreased LPO(MDA) and Lipofusin and produced markedly improved activity of SOD and GSH-Px,compare with the control group.Conclusions:The Buckthron-fruit extract can inhibit the lipid peroxidation and have more an anti-oxidative effect. |
