| 摘 要： | 目的探讨输尿管镜联合钬激光治疗尿道狭窄的疗效。方法采用经输尿管镜钬激光内切开术治疗尿道狭窄患者8例，术后留置导尿管2～4周。结果病人术后全部随访3—15个月，1次性手术治愈2例，有效6例。结论输尿管镜钬激光内切开术是治疗尿道狭窄的有效方法，效果好，手术创伤小，并发症少。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the efficacy of Holmium laser endoureterotomy for treatment of urethral stricture.Methods Inside incision with ureteroscopic Holmium laser and setting urethral catheter was performed on 8 urethral stricture patients , and the urethral catheter was pulled out after two to four weeks post operatively.Results All patients had been followed up from 3 monthes to 15 monthes after operation, heal in 2, improvement in 6.Conclusion Holmium laser endouretertomy is a safe andeasy method for ureth... |
