辨证治疗坐骨神经损伤性麻痹183例

目的:观察中药及针灸治疗坐骨神经损伤性麻痹的临床疗效。方法:根据不同的症状、体征、证型及分期分别采用清热解郁、通络止痛法及益气养荣、温经通络法,并配合针灸治疗。结果:通过辨证治疗的183例患者,共治愈106例,治愈率为57.9%;显效52例,显效率为28.4%;有效23例,有效率为12.6%;无效2例,无效率为1.1%;临床治疗总有效率为98.9%。结论:临床疗效显示,该方法在对麻痹肢体功能恢复及肌肉萎缩纠正的治疗上,均能达到非常满意的临床疗效,值得临床推广应用。

Dialectically Treatment Of Sciatic Nerve Traumatic Paralysis 183 Cases

Objective：To observe the clinical effect of Chinese materia and acupuncture to treat the Sciatic nerve traumatic paralysis.Methods：According to different symptoms and signs、type and stages,use respectively Qingre Jieyu、Tongluo stop pain method or Tonifying Qi yangrong 、Wenjing Tongluo method,and with the acupuncture at the same time.Results：Through Dialectical therapy 183 patients,cured in 106 cases,the cure rate 57.9%;markedly effective in 52 cases,markedly effective rate 28.4%;effective in 23 cases,effective rate 12.6%;ineffective in 2 cases,the inefficiency of 1.1%.Conclusion：By observing the clinical effect of treatment,this method of treatment paralysis limb functional recovery and muscle atrophy correction can obtain satisfactory results.
