| 摘 要： | 本文报告乙胺碘呋酮治疗小儿心律失常134例,近期疗效肯定,远期效果也较满意。76例随访2～10年的结果表明,心律复常率为82.9%。心脏副作用以 T 波改变(13.4%)、传导阻滞(10.4%)及心动过缓(9.0%)为主。心外副作用以角膜微粒沉着(7.7%)及药疹(6.0%)为多见。多在停药后1个月左右消失。 |

| Abstract: | Here is a report of the 134 cases arrhythmia children who were treated with aminoethane.The ef- fects of using aminoethane were good for a short as well as long term.The recovery rate of normal rhythm of 76 follow up 2～10 years was 82.9%.The chief complications of heart were T wave change(13.4%),block(10.4%),and breadycardia(9.0%).Corneal microne deposite(7.7%)and drug rash(6.0%)were chief extracardial complications.All of those disappeared after the withdrawal that drug. |
