| 摘 要： | 目的 观察血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂苯那普利对肾病综合征的保护作用。方法 采用大鼠阿霉素肾病模型，应用放射免疫分析法检测血浆及肾组织白细胞介素8(IL-8)浓度。结果 阿霉素肾病大鼠血浆IL-8浓度有所增高，苯那普利对肾病综合征大鼠IL-8浓度无明显影响。结论 IL-8通过细胞因子网络参与肾病的发生、发展。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effect of bennazepril, an angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitor (ACEI), on the content of interleukin-8 (IL-8) in normal and adriamycin nephrotic rats. Methods The model adriamysin nephrotic rats were used for the experiment. The concentration of IL-8 in plasma and renal tissue was determined by RIA. Results The concentration of IL-8 was higher in the rats with adriamycin nephrosis than in the controls. Bennazepril treatment induced no apparent alteration in the concentration of IL-8. Conclusion IL-8 participates in the development of adriamycin nephrosis. |
