| 摘 要： | 目的：研究乌贼墨对BALB／c小鼠脾细胞自然杀伤（NK）细胞活性的诱生作用。方法：用5％的乌贼墨给小鼠灌胃，连续5d后取不同时间的小鼠脾细胞，应用乳酸脱氢酶释放法检测NK细胞活性。同法观察乌贼墨对S180和Meth A荷瘤鼠的抑瘤作用。结果：口服乌贼墨后可使小鼠NK细胞杀伤活性增强，实验组与对照组比较有显著性差异，（P＜0.01）；诱生后24h至7d NK细胞杀伤活性处于高峰期，2周左右恢复正常水平；乌贼墨可使荷瘤小鼠NK细胞杀伤活性增强，瘤体缩小。结论：乌贼墨能诱导小鼠NK细胞杀伤活性，抑制荷瘤鼠瘤体的生长。

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the inducing effect on natural killer (NK) activity and restraining tumor by sepia in mice. Methods: The BALB/c mice were poured into sepia through mouth for five days succesively, then spleen cells were obtained. Examination of NK activity was taken using method of LDH release. The mice with S 180 and Meth A load tumor were treated by same method. Results: Sepia significantly improved NK activity, as compared with the control (P<0.01) and inhibited growth of tumor in mice. Conclusion: Sepia can augment NK activity and restrain tumorour growth. |
