| 摘 要： | 目的观察前列腺素E1脂微球载体制剂（Lipo-PGE1）对慢性肾衰竭大鼠结缔组织生长因子（CTGF）的影响，探讨该药对慢性肾衰竭的作用机制。方法使用Lipo-PGE1干预5／6肾切除大鼠慢性肾衰竭模型，8周后检测大鼠尿蛋白、肾功能、残肾病理改变，测定组织内CTGF的表达，观察Lipo-PGE1对上述指标的影响。结果与5／6肾切除组比较，Lipo-PGE1治疗组大鼠尿蛋白下降，肾功能明显改善，残肾组织肾小球硬化指数及肾小管-间质病变减轻，肾组织内结缔组织生长因子表达减少。结论Lipo-PGE1可能通过减少肾脏CTGF的表达起到对慢性肾衰竭肾脏的保护作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the effection of lipo-prostaglandin E1 （prostaglandin E1 incorporated in lipid microspheres, Lipo-PGE1 ） on connective tissue growth factor （CTGF） in 5/6 nephrotomized rats. Methods An animal model of chronic renal failure was induced by 5/6 nephrotomized. The rats in LipoPGE1 treatment group were given Lipo-PGE1 at 6th to 8th week. Proteinuria, renal function, pathological changes of remnant kidney, renal expression of CTGF were measured. Results Compare to control group, the renal function and the pathological changes of remnant kidney in Lipo- PGE1 treatment group were significantly improved（P〈0. 05）, the expression of renal CTGF was increased（P〈0. 05）. Conclusions Lipo-PGE1 may decrease the renal accumulation of CTGF ,slow the advance of the chronic renal failure. |
