| 摘 要： | 目的探讨泪道浚通联合应用丝裂霉素软膏治疗泪道阻塞的临床疗效。方法采用泪道浚通成形术联合泪道内注入自制丝裂霉素软膏，共治疗泪道阻塞患者98例（118只眼）。随访观察6个月。结果6个月冲洗通畅率为91．5％。结论采用泪道浚通成形术联合泪道内注入丝裂霉素软膏，是成功率较高的治疗泪道阻塞方法之一。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the effect of high-frequent electrolacryocystoplasty combining with mitomycin paste for lacrimal passages obstruction.Methods 98 cases(118 eyes) lacrimal passages obstruction patients were treated through the combination of high-frequent electrolacryocystoplasty and mitomycin paste.Follow-up time is 6 months.Results The curative rate was 91.5% after 6 months.Conclusion High-frequent electrolacryocystoplasty combining with mitomycin paste is an effective and safe way to treat lacrimal passages obstruction. |
