| 摘 要： | 目的研究沙培林对脑胶质瘤细胞凋亡及相关基因表达的影响。方法20只BALB／C裸小鼠皮下接种U251脑胶质瘤成功后随机分成4组，分别瘤周注射生理盐水0．2ml，沙培林0．2KE、0．4KE、0．8KE，共8次，解瘤实验。用免疫组化法检测Bcl-2、p53（突变型）、Bax、Fas及Bcl—xs基因的表达。结果由对照组至治疗组，且随用药剂量增加，Bcl-2及p53（突变型）表达的阳性率逐渐下降，而Bax、Fas及Bcl—xs表达的阳性率则逐渐增加。结论沙培林局部应用治疗脑胶质瘤，通过对多种基因的调控，促进瘤细胞的凋亡、抑制肿瘤的生长。
