纵行岛状包皮瓣修复先天性尿道下裂48例临床分析

目的探讨纵行岛状包皮瓣修复先天性尿道下裂的手术优点及注意事项。方法我院从2003年4月-2009年1月应用纵行岛状包皮瓣皮管法一期修复尿道下裂48例。结果手术成功共42例,发生于吻合口处尿瘘6例,半年后经修补均痊愈。随访1年后,排尿功能正常,无尿道狭窄发生,阴茎无扭转,外观接近正常。结论目前采用纵行岛状包皮瓣修复先天性尿道下裂,具有方法简单、设计合理、血供良好、外观接近正常、并发症发生的概率少等众多优点,是治疗尿道下裂的一种较理想的手术方式,值得临床推广和应用。
