| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨莫沙比利加香砂六君子汤治疗老年人功能性消化不良的疗效.方法:随机将80例60岁以上功能性消化不良患者分成莫沙比利加香砂六君子汤组及对照组进行4周治疗和对照.结果:莫沙比利加香砂六君子汤组治疗前后症状明显改善,与安慰剂比较差异有显著性(P＜0.05);停药4周后,莫沙比利加香砂六君子汤组比对照组复发率低(P＜0.05).结论:莫沙比利加香砂六君子汤治疗老年人功能性消化不良疗效佳,复发率低,副作用少.

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the efficiency of morsipride combined Xiang Sha Liu Jun Zi decoction in treating the patients with the senile functiona1 dyspepsia(FD). Methods:80 patients of over 60 years old with FD were randomly divided into 2 groups.Group A is integration of traditional and western medicine.Group B is placebo control group.Result:After 4 weeks treatment,the patients symptoms in group A were markedly improved,as compared with those before treatment.The difference between group A and group B was significant( P <0 05):Group A is a low recurrence rate compared with group B after 4 weeks of stopping treatment( P <0 05).Conclusion:morsipride combined Xiang Sha Liu Jun Zi decoction is more effective in the treatment of senile functional dyspepsia while the recurrence rate and Side effect are much Less. |
