摘    要:目的探讨基于Watson关怀理论创建的人文关怀体系的实施效果。方法基于Watson关怀理论提出的构成关怀行为的十大因素制定人文关怀内容,对全院护理人员实施人文关怀,包括形成人文利他主义的价值系统,灌输信念和希望等。比较实施前后护士工作满意度及离职率。结果实施后护士工作满意度各维度及总分显著高于实施前(均P0.01),离职率显著低于实施前(P0.01)。结论对护士实施基于Watson关怀理论的人文关怀,可提高护士工作满意度,降低离职率,稳定护理队伍。

Abstract:Objective To explore the effects of caring for nurses based on Jean Watson's Theory of Humnan Caring.Methods Based on ten carative factors and caritas processes of Jean Watson's Theory of Human Caring,a caring intervention program was conducted on nurses,including formulating humanistic-altruistic values,enabling and sustaining faith and hope,etc.Job satisfaction and turnover rate were compared before and after the intervention.Results The total score and subscale scores of job satisfaction were significantly enhanced and turnover rate was significantly decreased after the intervention(P<0.01 for all).Conclusion Caring provided for nurses based on Jean Watson's Theory of Human Caring can improve their job satisfaction and reduce turnover rate,thus to stabilize nursing team.
