摘    要:目的提高炎症性肠病患者生存质量。方法将124例炎症性肠病患者分为观察组和对照组各62例。对照组采用常规健康教育,每周1次,每次30 min集体健康讲座,共12次,分3个月完成;观察组在此基础上,分别于每次集体授课后分小组采用目标设定策略进行健康教育。于干预前及干预3个月后分别对两组患者进行生存质量测评。结果观察组生存质量评分显著高于本组干预前及对照组干预后(P0.05,P0.01)。结论目标设定健康教育可提高炎症性肠病患者自我管理能力,进而改善患者的生存质量。

Abstract:Objective To enhance the quality of life of patients with inflammatory bowel disease (IBD).Methods A total of 124 IBD patients were randomly and evenly divided into 2 groups.The control group attended group-based health lectures once a week,30 min each time,for 3 months.The observation group additionally received health education based on goal setting strategy following the lectures.The quality of life of the patients were assessed before and 3 months after the intervention,and compared between groups.Results The quality of life score of the observation group was higher than before the intervention,also higher than that of the control group after the intervention (P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion Goal setting as a strategy of health education can promote self-management ability of IBD patients,and improve the quality of life of them.
