骨折手术患者数据库的建立及在肱骨内固定装置取出术中的应用

目的建立骨折手术患者数据库,并观察其在肱骨内固定取出术中指导手术操作、减少桡神经医源性损伤的应用效果。方法将80例行肱骨内固定取出术患者根据手术时间分为对照组和观察组各40例,对照组为术者提供传统登记信息,观察组建立骨折手术患者数据库,向术者提供数据库信息,使手术医生了解桡神经在前次手术中的处理方式及位置。结果观察组桡神经显露时间显著短于对照组,显露过程中的出血量显著少于对照组(均P0.01)。结论数据库指导的肱骨内固定取出术能有效减少术中出血量,并有利于缩短手术时间。

Establishment of the database for surgical fracture patients and its application in internal fixation implant removal in humerus

Objective To establish a database for surgical fracture patients,and to observe its application effect on guiding operation and reducing iatrogenic injury of radial nerve in humerus internal fixation implant removal.Methods Totally 80 humeral fractures patients undergoing internal fixation implant removal operation were divided into a control group and an observation group chronologically,with 40 patients in each group.The operation physician received traditional registration information for the control group,while a database for surgical fracture patient was established for the observation group,which providing information for the physician to understand location of the radial nerve and the operation.Results Radial nerve exposure time in the observation group was significantly shorter,the volume of blood loss in the exposure process was significantly less than the control group (P＜0.01for both).Conclusion The internal fixation implant removal operation guided by the database could effectively reduce the amount of blood loss,and shorten the operation time.
