社区护士老年护理核心能力指标体系的构建

目的构建社区护士老年护理核心能力指标体系(下称指标体系),为社区护士老年护理能力培训及评价提供参考。方法参考相关文献,结合专家及社区实践者访谈,初步拟定社区护士老年护理核心能力指标体系,运用Delphi专家咨询法进行2轮专家函询。结果构建的指标体系包含7个Ⅰ级指标、15个Ⅱ级指标和32个Ⅲ级指标;重要性评分为4.20~5.00,变异系数为0.000~0.200;专家积极性为100%,专家权威系数为0.916,肯德尔和谐系数Ⅰ级、Ⅱ级、Ⅲ级指标分别为0.180、0.171、0.225(均P0.01)。结论指标体系内容涵盖了社区护士老年护理所具备的基本能力,具有可靠性与合理性,可作为老年护理培训需求调查工具,经信效度检验后可作为社区护士老年护理能力评价工具应用。

Development of gerontology community nurse competencies

Objective To develop gerontology care competencies for community nurses and to provide reference for training and measurement.Methods Preliminary indicators regarding gerontology care competencies of community nurses were developed based on literature review and interviews with experts and community care practitioners,then two-round Delphi consultation was conducted.Results The evaluation system included 7 primary indicators,15 secondary indicators,and 32 tertiary indicators.The importance of items scored between 4.20 and 5.00,with the coefficient of variation ranging 0.000-0.200.All experts returned the questionnaires and the coefficient of authority was 0.916.The Kendall's W coefficient was 0.180 for primary indicators,0.171 for secondary indicators and 0.225 for tertiary indicators (P＜0.01 for all).Conclusion This study achieved a consensus on essential competencies needed by community nurses in gerontology care.These indicators can be used to measure training needs in gerontology care and to evaluate gerontology care ability of community nurses after further validation.
