护理人文执业能力现状调查分析

目的探讨我国护理人文执业能力现状并分析其存在的问题。方法分层整群抽取我国六大经济协作区各1所三级甲等综合医院的1 035名护理人员,采用修订的护理人文执业能力测评问卷进行调查。结果我国护理人员的护理人文执业能力平均得分为(113.41±12.17)分,标准分为78.21分,各维度标准得分由高到底依次为伦理与法律运用能力80.03分、关怀实践能力78.83分、护理审美能力78.30分、心理调适能力78.25分、护理沟通能力77.17分。不同学历、民族、职称、工龄、家人及同事关心程度的护士其护理人文执业能力比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05,P0.01)。结论我国护理人员的人文执业能力偏低,护理管理者应重视医院人文环境的营造和护理人员支持系统的建设,以提高护士人文执业能力。

A survey of humanistic practice ability of nurses

Objective To investigate the level of humanistic practice ability of nurses and to identify the problems.Methods Using stratified two-stage cluster sampling method,6 tertiary hospitals were selected from 6 economic cooperation regions of China,and then 1 035 nurses were selected and investigated by using the revised Humanistic Practice Ability of Nursing Scale (HPAN).Results The mean HPAN score was 113.41± 12.17 and was converted to a standard score of 78.21 points.The ethic/legal domain scored the highest,with the standard score of 80.03 points,followed by caring practice (78,83 points),nursing aesthetics (78.30 points),psychological adjustment (78.25 points),and communication skills (77.17 points).The total HPAN score showed significant difference in nurses with different education backgrounds,nationality,professional titles,and years of experience,as well as in nurses receiving different level of love and caring from family or colleagues (P＜0.05,P＜0.01).Conclusion Humanistic practice ability of nurses was relatively low,so that nursing managers should pay attention to building humanistic caring culture and providing support system,thus to improve nurses' humanistic practice ability.
