儿科护士人文关怀素养培养策略

摘    要:目的提高儿科护士人文关怀素养。方法对134名儿科护士实施人文关怀素养培训,其培训策略包括组建儿科人文关怀培训小组、制定人文关怀培训课程、构建良好的人文关怀氛围、人文关怀活动实践等,培养周期为12个月,培训前及培训6、12个月采用关怀能力问卷调查护士的关怀能力。结果培训前护士的关怀能力总分为(189.12±15.35)分,培训12个月为(210.03±11.26)分,差异有统计学意义(P0.05),护士的认知、勇气、耐心维度评分显著提高(均P0.05)。结论对儿科护士开展人文关怀素养培训,可使其建立关怀价值观和关爱情感理念,显著提升其人文关怀能力。

Abstract:Objective To enhance pediatric nurses'caring ability.Methods A 12 month education program was conducted on 134 pediatric nurses to improve their caring ability.The measures included building a training team,providing lectures,establishing caring culture,and practicing caring.Caring ability of the participants was assessed using the Caring Ability Inventory before the intervention and at 6 and 12 months during the intervention.Results The total CAI score was 189.12± 15.35 before the intervention and 210.03±-11.26 at the end of the intervention,showing significant difference between them (P<0.05).The subscales of cognitive,courage and patience were significantly increased (P<0.05 for all).Conclusion Conducting caring education for pediatric nurses can cultivate their humanistic values and attitudes,thus to improve their caring ability.
