| 摘 要： | 目的探讨住院患者对护理人文关怀标准的观点。方法采用质性研究中的现象学研究方法,对17例住院患者进行深度访谈,并使用内容分析法进行资料分析。结果提炼出5个主题:关怀态度、关怀行为、专业素养、关怀环境、个性化关怀。结论患者对护理人文关怀有其独特的观点。需针对患者观点制定护理人文关怀标准和评价标准,以指导护理人文关怀实践,使患者获得满意的关怀服务。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore inpatients' perspectives of human caring standards in nursing.Methods Semi-structured in depth interviews were conducted on 17 inpatients to collect their perspectives of human caring in nursing.Data were analyzed by content analysis.Results Five themes were identified:caring attitude,caring behaviors,professional quality,caring environment,and patient centered caring.Conclusion Patients have their own unique views about human caring in nursing.Human caring standards and evaluation criteria should be developed by considering patients' perspectives,thus to guide nursing practice and guarantee patients to obtain accepted services. |
