| 摘 要： | 目的探讨老年慢性病患者健康赋权的理念内涵,为赋权的干预和评估提供参考。方法对22例老年慢性病患者进行半结构式访谈,采用Colaizzi 7步分析法对访谈资料进行分析归纳。结果老年慢性病患者健康赋权理念包含6个要素,分别是责任信念、支持系统、知识技能、自我管理、赋权他人和重建自我。结论护理人员应努力激发老年慢性病患者的内在信念,充分发挥社会环境的力量,赋权他人的同时得到自我赋权,提升老年慢性病患者的赋权水平。

| Abstract: | Objective To deeply explore the concept of health empowerment from the perspectives of elderly people with chronic disease in China,and to provide a theoretical basis for intervention and evaluation of empowerment.Methods Semi-structured interviews were conducted among 22 elderly people with chronic diseases.Then Colaizzi's 7-step analysis method was used to analyze the recording material.Results Six themes were extracted from the health empowerment concept in elderly people with chronic diseases,respectively:responsibility beliefs,support system,knowledge and skills,self-management,empowering others and selfreconstruction.Conclusion Nurses should endeavor to inspire elderly people's faith in health empowerment,and encourage them to empower others and themselves,in an effort to enhance the level of empowerment in elderly patients. |
