八段锦训练对乳腺癌术后患者焦虑及血清相关焦虑蛋白质的影响

目的探讨八段锦训练对乳腺癌术后患者焦虑及血清相关焦虑蛋白质的影响。方法将64例乳腺癌术后患者随机分为干预组和对照组各32例,两组均实施常规护理,干预组在此基础上进行为期3个月的八段锦训练。比较两组干预前后焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分及血清相关焦虑蛋白质阳性检出率。结果两组完成研究均为30例。干预后干预组SAS得分、血清相关焦虑蛋白质阳性检出率显著低于对照组(均P0.01)。结论八段锦训练可显著改善乳腺癌术后患者焦虑情绪,降低血清相关焦虑蛋白质阳性检出率,从而改善患者心理健康状况。

Effects of Baduanjin training on anxiety and anxiety-related serum protein in postoperative patients with breast cancer

Objective To explore the effects of Baduanjin training on anxiety and anxiety-related serum proteins in postoperative patients with breast cancer.Methods A total of 64 postoperative patients with breast cancer were randomized into an intervention group and a control group,with 32 patients in each group.Both groups were given routine nursing,while the intervention group additionally performed Baduanjin exercise for three months.The scores of Self-rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) and positive rates of anxiety-related serum protein between the two groups were compared before and after the intervention.Results Totally 30 patients in each group completed the study.After the intervention,the SAS score and the positive rate of anxiety-related serum protein in the intervention group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P＜0.01 for both).Conclusion Baduanjin training can effectively improve anxiety emotion for postoperative patients with breast cancer,and reduce positive rate of anxiety-related serum protein,then improve their mental health status.
