230例视网膜脱离统计分析

本文统计了230例257只眼视网膜脱离资料，裂孔以园形、马蹄形最多，位置以颞上、颞下象限为高发区，手术失败率26．6％，其中以未见孔者最高，为43．8％。认为视网膜变性是视网膜脱离的直接原因。寻找裂孔并准确定位是视网膜脱离术前各项检查的首位。遗漏裂孔是手术失败的主要原因。封闭裂孔是手术成功的关键。维护玻璃体对视网膜的支撑是防治视网膜脱离的新课题。

AN ANALYSIS OF 230 CASES WITH RETINAL DETACHMENT

This paper reports an analysis of 257 eyes in 230 cases with retinal detachment. Among them the ratio of men to women was 3.8 to 1. and that of right eyes to left eyes was 1.2 to 1.The majority of gaps were round or U-shaped. the high attacking situs were the superioror inferior temporal quadrants.The failure rate of operation was 26.6 percent in the total patients and 43.8 percent in those with invisible gaps.we considered that the degeneration of retinae may be the direct cause of retinal detachment,it is important to find the gaps and locate them exactly before operation, the main cause of unsuccessful operation was leaving out the gaps and sealing the gaps was a key to a successful operation.
