Abstract:Objective To know the levels of copper,manganese,zinc and selenium in vegetables,fruits,grains and fresh meat in Ji'nan.Methods Samples of vegetables,fruits,grains and fresh meat were collected for determination of four elements in Ji'nan in 2008.Copper and zinc were detected by flame atomic absorption spectrometry,manganese was detected by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry,and selenium was detected by hydrogenation atomic absorption spectrometry.Results Manganese and zinc contents were higher...
