| 摘 要： | 目的：建立鹿鞭回春胶囊的质量控制方法。方法：采用薄层色谱法对处方中淫羊藿进行了鉴别。结果：斑点清晰，阴性对照无干扰。结论：所建立的薄层色谱鉴别方法可用于鹿鞭回春胶囊的质量控制。

| Abstract: | Objective:To establish the quality standard for Deer penis Huichun Capsule.Methods:Radix et rhizome ginseng rubra,radix paeoniae rubra,radix angelicae sinensis,fructus ligustri lucidi,herba epimedii were identified by TLC.Results:The characteristic dots of the medicinal materials were found in TLC chromatogram of the sample,however they were not shown in the negative sample.Conclusion:It can be used for quality control of Deer penis Huichun capsule. |
