| 摘 要： | 目的 建立废水中阿维菌素含量的固相萃取-高效液相色谱测定法。方法 水样经Sep-Pak固相萃取柱分离净化后，以甲醇-水(95+5)为流动相，以10 ml的95％乙醇溶液作为洗脱液，在紫外检测器波长为244 nm处进行高效液相色谱进行测定。结果 在1～8 μg/ml的线性范围内，所得阿维菌素的回归方程为y=40006x-...
