| 摘 要： | 目的:分析异位妊娠的超声声像图表现特点,提高超声诊断率.方法:对经手术及病理证实为异位妊娠的200例患者其超声表现进行回顾性分析.结果:通过经腹及联合经阴月道超声检查,诊断异位妊娠的准确率可达92％.结论:结合病史、经腹超声以及联合经阴道超声可以做到早期明确诊断或排除异位妊娠.

| Abstract: | Objective:This study aimed to analyze characteristics of the ectopic pregnancy ultrasonograms and to improve the ultrasound diagnosis.Methods:The ultrasonograms were retrospectively analyzed for 200 ectopic pregnancy patients confirmed by surgery and pathology.Results:showed that accurate diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy rate reached up to 92% by combining abdominal and transvaginal ultrasonic examinations.Conclusion:We conclude that early ectopic pregnancy can be diagnosed by jointly using medical history,th... |
