| 摘 要： | 目的:筛选舌莲胃康胶囊的最佳制备工艺.方法:选用I9(34)正交试验,分别对提取和醇沉2个工艺步骤进行筛选;以干膏重量为提取工艺指标;野黄芩苷总提取量为醇沉工艺指标,采用紫外分光光度法测定野黄芩苷的含量.结果:最佳提取工艺为加药材6倍量的水,提取3次,每次1 h;药物水提液过滤、合并、浓缩,再用乙醇沉淀,加入药物浓缩液...
