| 摘 要： | 目的研究2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者中抵抗素基因5’末端启动子区-420 C/G多态性与非酒精性脂肪肝(NAFLD)的相关性。方法选取2型糖尿病患者268例,分为非酒精性脂肪肝组156例,无脂肪肝组112例,正常对照组115例,采用聚合酶链反应-限制性片断多态性(PCR-RFLP)方法分析抵抗素420 C/G多态性基因型。结果抵抗素-420C/G位点单核苷酸多态性分布在2型糖尿病合并非酒精性脂肪肝组与正常对照组之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),在2型糖尿病患者中GG基因型发生非酒精性脂肪肝的风险高,是CC基因型的2.40倍(P<0.05),是C等位基因携带者(CC+CG)的2.08倍(P<0.05),GG基因型是2型糖尿病合并非酒精性脂肪肝患病的危险因素(OR=3.05,95%CI 1.19-7.86,P<0.05)。结论抵抗素基因420位点GG纯合子增加了2型糖尿病合并非酒精性脂肪肝的风险。 |
