超声弹性成像面积比与Itoh评分法在乳腺病变诊断中的比较

目的 比较超声弹性成像中面积比及Itoh评分法对乳腺病变的诊断价值。方法 经手术病理证实的48例患者，共56个病灶，进行超声弹性成像检查。获得弹性图像后，以Itoh评分法对病灶进行评分，并测量病灶在弹性图与灰阶图中的面积比值，1.1为判断良、恶性的临界点。以病理诊断为金标准，对两种方法的诊断价值进行χ2检验。结果 超声弹性成像面积比和Itoh评分法对乳腺病变的诊断准确率为87.5%和82.1%，两者联合诊断的准确率为92.8%。超声弹性成像中面积比和Itoh评分法对乳腺病变的诊断价值相似(P>0.05)。结论 超声弹性成像面积比有助于乳腺良、恶性病变的诊断。面积比和Itoh评分法联合可提高乳腺病变诊断的准确率。

Comparison of values of the area ratio and the Itoh scoring system with sonoelastography in the diagnosis of breast lesions
