营口市2002～2004年饮食及公共场所从业人员HBsAg、HBeAg携带情况调查

[目的]了解营口市饮食、公共场所从业人员乙肝病毒感染状况。[方法]对2002～2004年营口市24110名从业人员健康体检者的HBsAg、HBeAg检测资料进行分析。[结果]HBsAg阳性率为4.3%,HBsAg阳性者中HBeAg阳性率为22.37%。HBsAg、HBeAg阳性率均为男性高于女性,低年龄组高于高年龄组,新上岗人员高于非新上岗人员。[结论]营口市饮食、公共场所从业人员HBsAg阳性率与HBsAg阳性者的HBeAg阳性率均低于全国平均水平,应继续作好从业人员的健康体检工作。

Survey on HBsAg and HBeAg Carrying Situation among Catering and Entertainment Place Employees in Yingkou City from 2002 to 2004

[Objective]To understand hepatitis B virus infection among catering and entertainment place employees in Yingkou city.[Methods]Analysis was made on data of HbsAg and HbeAg among 24 110 employees in Yingkou city,2002-2004.[Results]HbsAg positive rate was 4.3%.The HbeAg positive rate was22.37% among HBsAg positive cases. The positive rate of HbsAg and HbeAg was higher in males than females , the low age group higher than the high age group, the new personnel on duty higher than the non- new personnel on duty.[Conclusion]The HbsAg positive rate and the HbeAg positive rate among HBsAg positive cases in Yingkou city was lower than the average national level , therefore employees' health physical examination should go on.
