先天性梅毒的诊疗新进展

梅毒是由苍白密螺旋体感染引起的一种慢性全身性的性传播疾病,主要通过性接触和血液传播,是我国最主要的性传播疾病之一。梅毒严重危害着人们的身心健康,几乎可侵犯人体所有器官,并可通过胎盘传播引起流产、早产、死产和胎传梅毒,其危害性大。近年来,随着梅毒发病率的逐渐上升,梅毒的诊断、治疗方案也在不断完善,该文从先天梅毒的流行病学特点、发生机制、诊断及治疗手段等方面进行阐述。

Progress in Diagnosis and Treatment of Congenital Syphilis

Syphilis is a sexually transmitted, chronic, systemic infectious disease caused by the spirochete Treponema pallidum,and the primary mode of transmission is by sexual contact and blood transfusion. As one of the main STDs in our country,it hazards people and invades any organ of the body. Additionally,the bacteria transfer across the placenta, resulting in abortion, preterm delivery, stillbirth and fetal syphilis. Recently, the incidence of syphilis tends to rise year by year, the diagnosis and treatment for syphilis is improving continuously, and here is to make an overview on the epidemiology, pathogensis, diagnosis and manage- ment of congenital syphilis and so on.
